I have known Jeff Jutras and Lyndon Helmbolt for more than 20 years. They worked on the construction of my home in Conyers Farm in 1988 and have completed multiple additions to my home ever since then. What makes them unique among most general contractors is that they each have the knowledge, skill and ability to do the construction work themselves, not just the ability to direct others to do the work for them. If you ask them to do something that they believe will not be cost effective or work within the overall scope of the project, they will tell you and if need be disagree with your architect or their subcontractor. They are both class gentlemen and I consider them as much as friends as I do as contractors.
